QAura
QAura is a website when user can just see my QA services. They have all information needed before booking a call with me about QA audits.
What the community said3
What works
Highly Targeted Copy: The messaging directly triggers the exact pain points of its ideal customer avatar (early-stage startup founders who are out of hands, letting developers test their own code, or experiencing production bugs).Frictionless Pricing & Timelines: Offering clear, fixed-price audits starting at $1,000–$1,500 with a strict 3–5 day turnaround eliminates the long sales cycles and financial ambiguity that startups typically avoid.High-Trust Visual Social Proof: Displaying a simulated terminal log (qaura audit run --target=checkout) shows technical competence instantly, which is backed up beautifully by authenticated Upwork job success stats and direct quotes from real VP/CEOs.
The biggest problem
The "One-Man Agency" Scalability Bottleneck: The hero section explicitly states: "one qa engineer, not an agency". While this builds excellent personal trust and positions Redion as an elite consultant, it presents a massive operational problem. Because manual testing is time-intensive and unscalable, the site will quickly hit a ceiling where it must either turn away lucrative business or violate its own core value proposition by quietly outsourcing tasks to standard agency contractors.
Top suggestion
Productize the "QA Foundation" to Shift to a Retainer-First Funnel: Instead of treating the $1,000 audit as the destination, restructure the website to pitch the Launch Readiness Audit explicitly as a low-friction diagnostic gateway into a recurring QA-as-a-Service (QaaS) subscription. This shifts the business model from hunting for transactional, one-off launch audits to securing predictable, high-ticket monthly recurring revenue (MRR) where automation scripts (Playwright) do the heavy lifting while Redion handles the high-level strategy.

What works
Instantly clear and honestly positioned. "Find the risks before your users do" is a sharp pain hook, and fixed pricing ($1-1.5k) kills the scary "how much will consulting cost me" objection. Rare for a service site.
The biggest problem
Your ICP is the one group least likely to pay you. Early-stage founders under-value QA until a bug bites them in prod, they're moving fast, "break things" is the ethos, and $1-1.5k is real money pre-revenue. The people who actually feel this pain AND open the wallet are post-launch teams losing users to bugs, not pre-launch founders who think their own testing is fine.
Top suggestion
Move the pain to where it's felt: target teams that just shipped and keep getting burned in prod, OR make the pre-launch cost visceral with one real story ("caught a checkout bug 2 days before launch, would've killed every signup"). Sell the cost of NOT doing it. And swap "100% success" for a concrete caught-bug proof, it reads more credible than a perfect stat.
Did you understand what the website is for?
Yes, in about 3 seconds. Independent QA audits for startups, book a call. Clarity is genuinely a strength here, don't touch it.
Was it easy to book a call?
Very. The CTA is in the hero, mid-page, and footer, all to Calendly, impossible to miss. Booking isn't your problem. Making me want to book is (see the ICP point above). You've optimized the button, not the desire.
What should I change?
Two things: (1) the ICP/timing, you're selling insurance to people who don't think they need it yet and have the least budget, and (2) replace "100% success" with one concrete "here's a real bug I caught and what it would've cost" story. Proof beats a perfect stat.

Understanding
Yes. QA audits and automation for startups that can't afford a full-time QA hire. Clear from the headline.
The biggest problem
None really. The site loads fine, booking a call is one click.
Top suggestion
Show a real anonymized bug report. It's $1,000 minimum and I have no idea what I'm actually getting. One sample deliverable page would convert way more than any Upwork review.
Did you understand what the website is for?
Yes, immediately.
Was it easy to book a call?
Very. Calendly link is everywhere.
What should I change?
The pricing is buried. $1,000 audit feels scary without knowing what I get first. A quick before/after example or a real bug report sample would kill the hesitation faster than any testimonial.
