The dashboard compresses messy, scattered comments into something genuinely skimmable: one Validation Score plus 4 category ratings is the right level of abstraction for a busy founder. Tying real quotes to specific categories ("didn't understand onboarding" filed under Ease of Use) makes the score feel earned and traceable back to an actual person, not an opaque number pulled from nowhere.
The biggest problem
The free tier caps at "view first 20 verified reviews," which means the moment your validation actually starts working and reviews pile up, your own collected data gets locked behind $9/mo. That's an unusual place to put a paywall: not a nice-to-have feature, but the core promise of the free tier degrading exactly when the product is proving its value. It likely also means the free tier's Validation Score is quietly computed from a partial, invisible-to-you dataset once you cross 20 reviews, which undercuts trust in the one number founders will actually screenshot and share.
Top suggestion
Uncap review visibility on the free tier entirely, and gate Pro on number of projects instead of on your own data. Paying to unlock projects feels like a normal upgrade; paying to see feedback you already own feels like holding your own data hostage, and that distinction matters a lot for trust in an early-stage tool.
