Clear, confident positioning: "stop selling, start swapping." The swipe-to-match-to-chat flow is instantly understandable, and the trust layer (mutual confirmation, receipts, fairness meter) is the right instinct for in-person trades where scams are the real fear.
The biggest problem
This is a liquidity product and the landing does not solve the cold start. You tell me up front that inventory in my area "may be limited," so I sign up, open the deck, see nothing near me, and leave. Everything else (AI valuations, events, a 300km Pro radius, priority placement) is stacked on top of an empty room. You are selling Pro features before there is anyone to swap with.

Pick one city or one niche (sneakers, trading cards, board games) and get it dense before going wide. On the landing, prove liquidity instead of promising features: show real recent swaps, live item counts by area, or a waitlist that only opens my zone once there are enough items nearby. Density is the whole product, so lead with it.
