What works

Sharp, specific niche: "build in public, but only SaaS founders." The structured directory (founders, products, beta requests) is something X genuinely lacks, and open reading without an account is the right call. The comparison table is honest and useful, rare to see a platform admit its own tradeoff.

The biggest problem

It is a network, and the page gives me no proof the network is real. The entire hero is staged demo data: "Jessica Levi @mayabuilds, 100 paying users, $4,280 MRR" with a mock feed. On a platform whose whole promise is building in public with real numbers, fake in-public numbers are a credibility own-goal, and worse, they hide the one thing I actually need to know: is anyone here? Your own table admits narrower reach than X, so "why should I leave the place all founders already are?" goes unanswered.

Top suggestion

Kill the staged hero. Show the live feed, the real member count, and the last 5 genuine posts, even if the number is small. Then lead with the one job X cannot do (structured beta-tester matching and a real founder/product directory) instead of the generic "build in public," which X already owns.
